Laura's Bug Boys comics are my favorite comics right now. I had this book for a week before I read it because I was waiting for a time when I felt down and needed a really good comic and it was a really really good comic. Highly recommend buying all these books.
I just felt bad having to have someone print 150+ double sided pages like that when I knew a better printer (machine not person/place) could do it all automatically in a fraction of the time, that place isn't primarily a copy shop, they're a smaller ink seller, still buying my ink at that place.
Also I guess I got 5 more of each of my mini comics printed, and I think that might be the last set I print, so if you want a copy of any of these books, now is the time to order http://citriccomics.bigcartel.com
Specifically Mickey Z's Rav 5 and John Porcellino's King Cat 72 comics in the mail are the best!
It was actually only like 50 something, but it was also super humid and overcast and I'm still accustomed to 100+ days
Directly beside the AC is the best place to read comics in the summertime.
If you were curious I was reading 7 Billion Needles, which was compelling enough to read all o fit in one sitting, but not as awesome as the cover made it look.
I also picked up 20th Century Boys finally which I also devoured when I had time, so excited to get Volume 2, and X'ed Out which I read but I'm still not sure how I feel about it, need to read it again.
I also grabbed Solanin which I haven't started reading, but is by the same person who made Punpun which I've been reading online and like.
I actually figured out how to do this the easiest way is to print at the library and then go to a printer with everything and I can do it myself pretty easily!
Also you can actually buy these comics by going to http://citriccomics.bigcartel.com
I think my sleep schedule has been messed up since I went to that midnight movie, so for a while I was falling asleep around seven and waking up at eight super hot and feeling horrible.
I think we've been without central A.C. for 5 years (6?) window units don't really help unless you're in the room, and the evil home owners association says they can't be seen from the street, assholes.
I've bought way more comics than I should recently, I really don't have time to read them, and I have a whole bunch I haven't read yet from last time, oh well.
Here's a picture of the books I bought over the past week, most excited about the Ron Rége book because he's one of my favorite cartoonists ever, but I'm looking forward to the others too.
